I drink Aloe Vera Juice for a digestive problem that I developed so I am happy to hear that drinking it is good for my skin, too! I drink about a cup of aloe juice with half of a fresh squeezed lemon and agave nectar.

I eat it raw straight from the leaf daily and I don’t mind the taste at all. If you don’t like the smell, texture, or taste simply peel open a leaf and scrub the gel into a blender and add in maybe a fruit with some ice and make a healthy smoothy..

The gel? It smells like manly body odor and it feels mucousy. But it’s really healthy.
